So…what is the “Wine Club”?
Well, if you think you’re the kind of person who could enjoy two bottles of delicious wine each month at a special discount, then you’re practically already in!
Imagine for a moment: you walk into the winery, go to the reserve room, sit at a table, enjoy a special tasting (complimentary, of course,) and then open a bottle of wine (at a 15% discount) to sip on as you nibble away on your picnic lunch. While sipping on your glass of whatever-you-fancy, you overhear a conversation about next Friday night: “…a barbeque, and music, and special wine releases too—for club members only, though” …oh wait, that’s you!
So what’s the catch? What does it cost? Just two bottles a month*, that’s it – you’re in!
How to be a member:
- No commitment: We encourage you to enjoy the club for a year…we’re sure you’ll want to stay longer once you taste all the great “club-only” stuff… but if you need out, you’re out.
- No fees*: Simply sign up to receive two, specially discounted “wine-club-only” (pre-release, limited production, or library) bottles of wine each month, billed to your credit card. No other fees*.

Wines:
(Either delivered to your home or office*, or held at the winery until it is convenient for you to pickup.)
- Two great bottles of wine each month, of course! The selection is customizable to your preferences (“no sweet wines,” “white wines only,” “red wines only,”) etc.
- You will receive a pre-shipment email, notifying you of the selections in case you need to make a “swap.”

- 20% discounts on case purchases
- 15% discounts on all wine purchases
- 5% discounts on select non-wine purchases
- Discounted tickets to events at the winery
Events:
- Priority invitations to events at the winery
- Invitations to wine-club-only events
- Appreciation events (soup festivals, BBQ etc)

- Complimentary “club only” tastings at the winery
- Be part of an exclusive community at Rappahannock Cellars – an establishment that is truly Revolutionizing Virginia Wine.
*Two bottles of specially selected Rappahannock Wines will be billed each month (at 15% discount,) to a credit card of your choice. The wines will be delivered to your home / office (+$11.25 shipping/handling to Virginia, please contact us for shipping rates to other states) – or you may opt to save on shipping and pick your shipments up at the winery (we’ll hold the wine for you until it’s convenient for you to visit and pick it up; monthly retrieval is not necessary.) There are no other fees associated with the Wine Club membership. Although no commitment is required, we encourage you to remain in the wine club for at least one year to experience everything that the wine club has to offer. Once cancelled, you have 60 days to pick up any wines not shipped, unless other arrangements have been made. If we have not heard from you in 6 months and/or your credit card has been denied for 6 months then you will be automatically cancelled.
