- Background: B.A Creative Writing 2009, UC Riverside. Allan helped to establish Rappahannock Cellars, beginning with the 1998 construction of the vineyard. After returning to California in 2005 and attending the University of California, Riverside, Allan returned to Rappahannock with an education in creative writing and marketing. He handles marketing and the wine club at Rappahannock Cellars.
